Hi, I'm Renee
I've been teaching yoga for over 20 years.
I love what yoga teaches me about myself & about life.
Yoga helps me slow down and process my emotions.
It makes me so happy to see people take much needed time for themselves, for yoga. We all need that.
Yoga is self-care, a relaxing vacation you can take each day, even if it's just for 5 or 10 minutes.
If you have a busy mind and restless body, you can do yoga. I never thought I could - but I do!
