When I first tried yoga in the late 90's, I thought I'd get restless and think it was too slow. I soon learned yoga is an opportunity to learn about myself - about life.


Yoga is a little retreat from my usual life and helps me regulate my nervous system so I can be more balanced.


I longed to share yoga - it makes me so happy to see you get much-needed time for yourself!

Yoga is self-care, a relaxing vacation you can take each day, even if just for 5 minutes.
